All orders are shipped with Australia Post, and we have no control over delivery times or package handling once orders leave our facility. Any damage that occurs during shipping is the responsibility of the customer to resolve directly with Australia Post using your provided tracking number. We cannot be held liable for any damage, delays, or delivery issues that occur during transit as these are beyond our control.
